Recruitment Coordinator – Pietermaritzburg

R7000 Basic + Commission

6-month Contract only

Requirements:

· Preferred HR Qualification

· Reliable transportation (or living within the PMB area)

· Minimum of 2 years Recruitment experience with contactable references

· driver’s license and own car advantage

· Experience with competency systems (mie etc)

· Advanced computer skills

Duties Overview

· General recruitment functions (Complete Process)

· Cold calling

· Email management

· Competency screening of candidates

· Interviewing

· Referencing checks

· General office duties – answering phones, printing, scanning etc
