Job Summary Admin Assistant Based in Montague gardens Working hours: 08:30- 05:00 Monday to Thursday, Friday 08:30- 04:00 We are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant in our Logistics and Commercial team to support day to day supply chain activities. The main role will be: to assist with daily duties by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via call, e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. We offer training to ensure you are more knowledgeable of what our company entails. Your organizational and time management skills will need to be excellent, as well as your communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be detail orientated with a track record of accuracy and thoroughness. Salary: R7 000. After 3 month probation period it will increase to R8000. KEY ATTRIBUTES: • Knowledge and experience in administrative duties; • Strong interpersonal skills; • Team player; • Deadline-driven; • Highly organized; • Proactive nature; • Effective Communication / Communicator; • Languages: English essential; • Working experience as a receptionist or Office Administrator; • Working experience in MS Office, particularly Word & MS Excel; • A valid driver’s license Please send through a detailed CV and a picture for reference to the following email: [email protected]
