Well established company is looking for an enthusiastic innovator to assist with their typing and administration function. At least 4 years recent administration experience and more than 2 years Dictaphone typing experience. At least 2 years Medical or Dental experience essential. Receiving of patients in the Reception area. Minimum of 60 wpm+. Communicating with customers on a daily basis. Accurately working out and calculating quotes daily. Good English and Afrikaans communication skills – both verbally and written. Attributes include attention to detail, team player, friendly, ability to work well under pressure. Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to work with online bookings. You are very well groomed. Own transport and valid driver’s licence.
