Job description

We are looking for a dynamic administrator to join our team. Working closely with our operations and finance managers, they will be in charge of and execute a range of administrative duties i.e. 
  • Carry out reception duties such as welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, preparing documents, managing travel arrangements. 
  • Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
  • Maintain general office files related to the company’s operations.
  • Purchase office supplies, equipment, and furniture etc. 
  • Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures. 
  • Support procurement and supplier management procedures. 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, assistant or relevant role. 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Excellent organisational, logistical and leadership skills. 
  • Familiarity with office management procedures. 
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Apps. 
  • Knowledge of tender procedures. 
  • Valid driver's license with own car essential.
