Tertiary qualification- Be able to work under pressure- Must have good organisation and communication skills- Must have previous experience with stock control and staff management and supplier liaison- Own Transport and driver-s license - Able to work weekends and public holidays- Applicants must reside in the Winelands area.Responsibilities:- Client Liaison: Receiving enquiries / Sending out packages and information- Site Visits /Completion of info to build initial quote for sign off by Events Manager, sending out of initial quotes- Assisting Events Manager in obtaining quotations for procurement- Overseeing Venue items and keeping control of stock / keeping a check on venues and surrounds and informing maintenance of any issues- Set up and Strike oversight of suppliers and assist with own set up plus make sure- that the Venue is ready and prepared- On the day operations assistance of the actual event including actual liaison with outside co-ordinators and making sure all is in place from the Venue side- Assistance with Operations at special Estate Events.
