Job Title: Administrator: Chauffeur Drive Services (FTC 5 Years) – Avis Budget Rental & Leasing (Cape Town)

Job Summary:
Key deliverables and outputs:

•Issue orders as per brief from Supervisor / Manager
•Ensure all orders are authorised before sending to Admin Department and Suppliers
•Reconcile petty cash daily as per local procedure
•Complete petty cash claim when required and obtain authorisation from Manager
•Submit claim to Finance Department


Stock Control:
•Inventory on hand fleet daily
•Hand over completed inventory sheet to Supervisor and point out discrepancies

General Administration:
•Capture Rental Agreements daily
•Batch all rental related documents daily
•Analyse and report discrepancies on daily car track report
•Maintain stationery stock and order if required
•Action special requests for customers (e.g. snack packs, ribbons etc.)
•Compile monthly fuel reconciliation
•Order and maintain uniform standards
•Arrange accommodation for Chauffeurs as requested
•Buy refreshments for office monthly.

3.Stakeholders (internal & external customers, suppliers, shareholders, communities):

•Attend all daily team huddles and other team meetings as scheduled

The role requires close engagement and collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders

Internal Stakeholders:
Finance team, admin team, Chauffeurs

External Stakeholders

Academic Qualifications:

•Valid driver’s licence

Work Experience:
•Minimum 1 year relevant experience

•Previous administrative experience
