Job description

Duties
  • General Administrative Duties.
  • Assist with student enrolments.
  • Performing duties related to campus cashier.
  • Handling enquiries personally, telephonically and electronically.
  • Assist with filing, typing and any other administrative duties  Capturing data on College Management Information system.  Liaise with clients/companies.

Please note that a passport or Drivers Licence will not be accepted in lieu of Identity Document. Requirements

  • Three year qualification in Management Assistant/Office Administration/ Financial Management or related fields. (diploma/degree).
  • Minimum of at least two years general administrative experience.
  • Bilingual. (English plus Afrikaans or Xhosa)
  • Good Computer skills. (MS Office: Word and Excel, etc) valid drivers licence. (Recommendation) Systematic worker and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good organising abilities.
  • Strong in administration.
  • Accuracy in work essential.
