Job description

Duties:
  • General Administrative duties
  • Assist with student enrolments.
  • Handling enquiries personally, telephonically and electronically.
  • Assist with filing, typing and any other administrative duties
  • Capturing data on College Management Information system.
  • Liaise with clients/companies.

Please note that a passport or Drivers License will not be accepted in lieu of Identity Document. Requirements

  • Three (3) year qualification in Management Assistant/Office Administration or related fields (Diploma/ Degree).
  • Minimum of at least two (2) years genera} administrative experience.
  • MIS Advantageous.
  • Bilingual (English plus Afrikaans or Xhosa)
  • Good Computer skills (MS Office: Word and Excel etc.)
  • Systematic worker and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good organizing abilities.
  • Strong in administration.
  • Valid Driver's License (Recommendation)
  • Accuracy in work essential.
