Minimum requirements:
- BTech or relevant Equivalent
- Telecommunications Analyst Certification
- Certification in contact centre telephony is an advantage NQF Level 6
- Minimum of 8 years relevant IT industry experience designing, maintaining and supporting telecommunications / telephony solutions and / or associated call centre applications
- Experience in RF distribution, satellite communications, PBX programming, IVR, ACD and wiring solutions
- Demonstratable experience with designing and deploying wireless network Infrastructure
- Demonstratable experience with Project Management
- Knowledge and application of telephone and data cables, wiring, circuits, digital computers and all related systems and devices.
- Knowledge of Skype for business
- Knowledge of principles, practices, methods, and techniques in maintaining communications equipment
- Technical writing
- Infrastructure design and planning
- PBX Programming
- Windows and Unix based guest operating systems
- Project management
