Requirements
- MCITP or relevant qualifications.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in Server 2016 and UP.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in Networks.
- Minimum of three years’ Hardware Repairs.
- Minimum of three years’ Software Repairs.
- Minimum of three years’ WIFI Systems.
- Office 365
- Google Workplace
- Google Classroom
- Autodesk
- Adobe Admin Console
- iMac and Mac OS
- Knowledge of Sound Systems (Auditorium Systems)
- Responsible for buying of new equipment (hardware, software).
- Liaising with service providers.
- Employee will be responsible for building custom computers and computer repairs.
- Employee will be responsible for repairing and maintaining Network Infrastructure.
- Management of the Academy ticket system for support calls.
- Yearly budget of service providers, new projects, upgrades on the IT infrastructure and overall maintenance.
