Job Title: Tier 1 Support Engineer
Location: Johannesburg, North
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Tier 1 support engineer is a critical role within our organization. The position is a customer-facing role where you will work with clients on overcoming cases within the AVOXI product line. In this role, you will be learning the ability to onboard new customers through our proprietary application, learn how to use industry-standard tools and get exposure to telephony troubleshooting with our carriers in VOIP telephony environments. In addition, you will be a part of the amazing culture we are building at AVOXI.
The candidate will work from home until we get offices again and should have a dedicated Fibre internet connection at home. AVOXI only provides the equipment such as Laptop, monitor etc.

Customer-facing experience in the Telecommunication Industry (0-3 years)
Technical aptitude for finding solutions to problems

Customer facing experience
SaaS / Software as a Service troubleshooting
B2B / Enterprise level mission critical software experience
IP communication analysis through Wireshark
Package & Remuneration
R10 000,00 – R 15 000,00 CTC per month.
