Our client in the insurance industry requires a r eceptionist to manage calls, emails and be the first point of contact and face of the company.
Responsibilities:
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Data capturing
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodations when required
  • Perform other administrative duties
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Drivers licence with own reliable transport is essential
  • Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English is required
  • Stable work track record as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Insurance Industry experience will be an added benefit
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Reliable
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Customer service attitude

Salary:
R13,000 - R15,000 negotiable cost-to-company salary per month
