Essential functions:
Demonstrate sound knowledge of UX design methodologies, techniques, and tools, works to evolve website for improved customer journey.
Working collaboratively to problem-solve and incorporate best practices and recommendations from insights to ensure a methodical and organized management of design projects end-to-end
Solid commercial web design experience, which includes the use of eCommerce platforms and CMS systems
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Liquid, Javascript, web standards, and best practice
Experience in mobile design and device optimization
Create a visual presence for eCommerce platforms: homepage, landing pages, digital marketing, social media, banners, mobile
Analysis and report on site performance and design changes
The role will combine great design skills with creative conceptual thinking, along with commercial awareness.
Accountable for developing and executing a cohesive and customer-centric A/B and MVT testing strategy
Ensure that user journeys across mobile and desktop products are mobile-first
Execute ideas with relevant design, wire-framing, and mock-up technologies and workflows
