You will be responsible for focusing on increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets. The formation, execution and management of customers and team members under Point.b,  to ensure that they understand each objective, target audience ensuring that best practice is aligned with hopes of increasing ROI for customers and growing there Media within the business.

  • Minimum of three to five years being a social media PPC campaign manager 
  • Facebook Certifications to be provided with application
  • Self-starter, must be able to manage their own workload

Tasks and responsibilities (not limited to): 
  • Remain up to date with latest trends and implement strategically on campaigns when and where required and needed
  • Manage the relevant brands Social Marketing. Work together with the management team for each brand
  • Leading and growing the social media department ; set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs for the department overall
  • Quarterly performance review to be held with all Social Media Campaign Managers
  • Manage and work closely with Account Manager’s, Sales representatives and customers on high end customers to obtain best results related to customers KPI’s
  • Research all marketing trends, and ensure team members and yourself are kept up to date
  • Audit Social portfolio’s to ensure that we are in line with customers KPI’s and how we can improve, change and/or increase their campaigns performance for better ROI
  • Assist with proposals for current and new customers
  • Review budgets and ensure that we are inline with clients budget allocated to Social
  • Ensure that Business Manager is kept up to date in terms of user access and so forth
  • Any Facebook related matters, to work closely with Facebook Support to resolve any issues
  • Meeting clients and understanding the client's requirements
  • Developing social media strategy as per the client's needs
  • Collaborating with the sales and Management team on how we grow Social
  • Assisting in hiring and training new team members
  • Work closely with the copy department on ensuring we are within latest trends for content calendars for customers
  • Ensure relevant insights are provided on reporting requirements within your teams portfolio
  • Reporting on own portfolio of clients
  • Be able to resolve conflict with customers and within your team
