Senior Integrated Production Manager

• Lead Projects to ensure the creative team's output of projects and campaigns are efficiently managed
• Ensure that systems and processes are adhered to in order to achieve best practices and business efficiencies
• Manage the production process and work closely with the account management team to deliver on client briefs and manage the budget of the campaign
• Excellent organisational skills to drive simple and effective workstreams
• Ability to manage team and outputs based on briefed deliverables
• Clear understanding of agency project management and be able to adopt it to smaller agile business units
• Detailed budget management to ensure budget optimisation and minimal wastage
• Build good working relationships with suppliers, agencies, management and client stakeholders
• Archive production files for all campaigns
• Implement project and production management systems to run campaigns efficiently
• Have the best interest for the business, and your intentions must be driven by helping the client and the business collaborate and build a long and fruitful relationship

• BA/B.Comm Degree or diploma in production, operations, marketing, event management, project management or related field with a minimum of 5-7 years experience.
