Topco Media is looking for a passionate sales team manager to drive growth of our top brands from our various digital, awards, conferences and e-publishing platforms. Including Africa Tech Week, Top Women, Top 500 and Future of HR working with a team of 14 sales executives to be world class.

Excellent communication skills with high EQ
Good team motivator/influencer who gets 100% out of each sales executives potential. Are you a habitual goal setter and achiever, do you thrive on challenges, are you a good listener, getting the best from your colleagues, fellow execs/managers and your team?
Advantageous
Excellent communicator face to face (zoom) and telephone, know how to sell online and through the phone, ability to set up meetings with key decision makers, keen learner and always keeping up to date with industry trends,
Experience with platforms such as Hubspot, Gmail, Zoom, Rhythm kpi, Excel, Trello, Hopin is an advantage, quick learner and tech savvy is essential,
Being a solution oriented leader with the ability to adapt quickly is important.

At least three years as a media sales manager – with proven track record in beating sales targets – good coach and builder of staff levels.
