Description
Essential Functions • Improving process performance by recruiting the right people for the job within the specified time and cost • Liaising with the Process Owners to jointly agree on the number of people to be recruited, their profiles and the time frames for the same • Maintaining the quality of people hired • To develop and monitor the performance of various channels of recruitment/hiring including the outstation recruitment offices. Ensure a good mix of channels, increase cost consciousness and make optimum use of advertising media • Relationship Management with vendors (Recruitment Agencies). Design and implement incentive schemes • Build medium to long-term capability within the function to meet future demands • Ensure continuous excitement for referral program, put feedback process in place, strengthen MIS reporting and tracking of performance • Ensure that the process transactions are processed as per Desktop procedures • Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards • Ensure that the quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence • Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules • Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures The performance parameters include the following: • Development and management of New and Existing vendors • Cost effectiveness of hiring through that channel • Quality parameters • Number of defects made against the Offers rolled out • Offer to Joining Ratio • Ensure 100% compliance on Background Checks and Audits Skills • Process Specific Skills - Interviewing skills • Feedback skills • Knowledge of the industry and the market • Functional Skills • Relationship Management • Channel Management • Vendor Management Soft skills (Minimum) - Excellent Communication skills written and oral • Should be confident and willing to work in shifts and travel • Should display sufficient flexibility and urgency to handle pressure in a cross-cultural environment • Computer proficiency MS Office • Team handling skills • Good Networking skills • Should be able to take decisions in all kind of situations • Orientation towards data and MIS • Ability to collaborate, influence and convince at all levels Soft Skills (Desired) • Self starter • Good Listening skills • Dependable • Matured to carry out assessments Education Requirements • Minimum 10 years of education in any field • Graduate with a diploma in related field or Post Graduate with specialization in Human Resources will be preferred Work Experience Requirements • Minimum 5 years of work experience • Experience in a Consultancy / Staffing / BPO / Sales Marketing background will be preferred • Should have at least two years of supervisory experience Should you wish to apply for the position, please apply directly via this job board, please ensure that you quote reference number 201983 subject headin...
