The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Develop business relationships with potential new clients to meet sales objectives.
Develop and implement sales strategies with the aim to grow the business both in Africa and overseas.
Build sales pipeline through various approaches e.g., market research, networking, and cold calling.
Work closely with wider in-house marketing and digital teams.
Effectively manage diary to ensure most productive, optimised sales are secured and build great customer experience.
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
Closely manage the sales team and deal with any underlying HR issues or queries.
Diploma or Degree or equivalent experience in Business.
3+ years of sales experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
