An innovative company based in Somerset West is seeking an energetic Lead Generator / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to create leads in the Cloud based Software Management Space
Remote work – candidates MUST have a stable wifi / fibre connection
The succesful candidate will be focused on the front end of the sales cycle and will be the face of the company. Must be highly motivated self-starter who is able to identify and develop opportunities from multiple sources- including prospect lists, discovery and individual research
Responsibilities:
All client interaction is remote and primarily phone and email based
Generating qualified sales opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching leads in the given market
Striking and initiating telephonic conversations with high-profile employees of companies
Be the face of the company and introduce/promote the company and the products to the prospects
Adaptable to change and be inspired to learn new things/ways to reach prospects and get potential clients on-board
Be able to demo the full suite of Customer Service products to prospective clients
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Selling/promoting Cloud based Customer Service Management Software.
Full understanding of IT/Customer Service Help desks (an understanding of ITIL Frameworks is beneficial)
A diploma in IT or sales
Two years experience in IT and sales
Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
Multi-task with the efficiency that would lead to a productive outcome
Great time management
