Description
An established company based in the Northern Suburbs, focusing in beauty products and services is seeking to employ a proactive office assistant to join their team. This position involves a great deal of multitasking, assisting in the office, the store and salon activities.
Responsibilities:




Office Administration / Front Desk


Support Shop Sales


Bookkeeping, Invoicing, Customer Statements etc.


Monitor stock levels


Online orders processing, preparation, and packaging.


Maintain Product and Office records where applicable (Document Control)


Liaise with customers, customer support and problem-solving


Proactive in implementing ideas, improvements, and costs reduction


Identify and manage risks


Assure compliance with Supplier Quality Standards.



Requirements:




Matric


Pastel experience


MS Office


Experience in a similar role.



Other skills:




High level of commitment to the company and compliance to standards


Proactive, ability to Multitask


Good interaction with customers


Good customer communication within a timely and efficient manner


Good time management


Good Influencing skills and teamwork
