Digital Campaign Manager,
you will have the ability to focus on 5-6 different brands within one company and collaborate with the marketing manager to design and drive digital media campaigns and sales. You will collaborate with the marketing manager to create and monitor a digital sales funnel and customer journey for each brand. You will be continually learning and growing in the digital marketing space and keep up to date with events and trends in the digital marketing industry.
Core function will be to:
Focus on increasing sales across all e-commerce websites within the company.
Focus on increasing Brand Awareness of all e-commerce websites within the company.
Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
Completed Tertiary Qualification in Digital Marketing Management or similar.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
The ability to focus on ±5 different brands within one company.
Strong understanding and experience in digital platforms e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
Key Performance Areas:
Keeping all company websites up to date.
Plan, present and implement digital marketing campaigns.
Create and monitor a digital sales funnel for each e-commerce website. Assess and complete the path to purchase, identify where we lose the customer and/or sale and put the necessary re-targeting strategy in place.
Manage tracking pixels, compile reports, and make suggestions on implementation of changes according to results.
Compile and distribute weekly e-newsletters.
Daily monitoring and feedback as necessary of campaign statistics across Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Mailchimp.
Constantly monitor the rankings of search-engine results across all brands and implement required techniques to improve SEO and increase traffic.
Compile and present detailed monthly reports on all website statistics, Facebook campaign performance and sales from e-commerce sites.
Brief creative team on design elements for campaigns and provide campaign feedback after completion.
Create new digital marketing platforms such as LinkedIn and blogs, create content and compile schedules for approval and implementation.
Investigate influencers for each brand and present options with supporting strategies to Marketing Manager.
Adhere to budget set out for each platform by Marketing Manager.
