The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Minimum Grade 12
Tertiary qualification or studying towards Communication / Business Administration / Marketing / Public Relations
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer care or similar
Valid drivers license and own vehicle
The candidate will act as the "face" of the company and call on their clients to ensure that they are happy and always provide professional support.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Responding promptly to customer enquiries and requests
Delivery schedules /Monthly consumable deliveries / Suspensions
Resolving customer complaints
Good product knowledge in order to assist client and to provide sales leads to the Sales team
Provide weekly feedback on client visits and complaints
The succesful candidate will be well groomed and articulate and be able to liaise with clients at all levels. Candidate must have strong administrative skills with a high level of computer literacy.
