Overseeing consistency in the processing of products (we process everything).
Efficient Stock management (ensuring stock availability and allocation).
Efficient Waste management.
Efficient management of Deliveries and Collections to customers.
Retail and wholesale sales management, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Costing, Block testing, GP management.
Effective Planning and efficient implementation.
Additional ad-hoc tasks will be required.
A Butchery qualification or qualifications such as SAQA.
At least 5+ years butchery and food operations management experience required.
Ability to implement and manage HACCP standards in the butchery.
FMCG principles knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel.
Excellent numerical skills.
