Opening of contracts on system.
Compiling and submitting of physical contracts (sales and purchase contracts)
Distributing of contacts to suppliers and clients
Collecting of unsigned contracts
Managing the monthly NEDBANK audit by collecting and saving Proof of deliveries (POD’s), invoices and signed contracts.
Must be fully bilingual
At least 1-2 years' experience in an Administrative or Financial role
Relevant BComm degree is essential
