Our client in the moto industry based in East Rand is currently looking for a National Sales Manager to project and implement functional strategies to increase sales and market share for profitable new business, a leader to manage processes, systems, and people to achieve and ensure targets are met, this role will increase your management skills as well as people management skills.
Responsibilities.
Lead and guide sales team to ensure growth targets and revenue are met for portfolios
Provide accurate forecasting to ensure business capitalizes on new opportunities and meets targets
Develop and implement new sale strategies and programs to exploit new market opportunities
Identify and develop customer base and working with new and existing customers through planning and reviews
Motivate and advise sales team to improve performance and culture accountability at all levels, with customer line of sight
Organize and plan lead sales
Responsible for jointly setting strategic direction and execution of strategic business plans into measurable business outcomes
Development of the sales management team against defined succession plans strategy.
Requirements:
NQF 7 in Business Management, MBA or equivalent qualification
5 + years experience in a Senior Management capacity
Drivers license (code B)
Advanced computer skills
Track record of achieving results in sales
6+ years of people management experience
Knowledge in Business analysis, strategic development and marketing
Ability to lead and build team capabilities
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Negotiation skills and understanding of business procurement
Exceptional capacity for managing and leading people
Solid understanding of finance, IR and people coaching and hiring
Service orientation and Customer focus
