Job Summary:
-The purpose of the office manager is to organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, to ensure effectiveness and efficiency within the section

Job Objectives and Functions

Office administration:

•Schedule meetings and appointments
•Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
•Organize office operations and procedures
•Coordinate with IT on all office equipment
•Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time

Customer Assistance:

•Resolve escalated issues
•Give feedback on resolved issues to clients
• Follow up on non-resolved return orders
•Provide feedback to the customer

Financial Services:

•Coordinate budget
•Monitor monthly expenditure
•Monitor monthly utilization of budget
