*My client a well-known Payment Solutions Company is looking for an IT Stock Controller to be based in their Warehouse in Bryanston. You will ensure stock requests are following correct processes, and all stock queries are resolved within a timely manner.  * *Overview:* * Manage and reconcile daily counts and full stock counts * Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies * Ensure all daily counts are reconciled by close of business * Operates warehouse handling equipment and ensures that the SOPs are followed * Ensure physical stock and bin locations balances with theoretical (system) * To ensure correct stock availability forecast vs demand * Ensure receiving department replenish the right quality and quantity stock to the correct bin or sales order * Bin allocation before new stock arrives * Ensure all stock is in the correct bin location order and that all stock is correctly marked * Ensure stock is stored in the correct unit of measure as it would be sold * Manage all process. (Ensure stock balances 100%) quarterly stock takes send to supplier. * Handle and manage all stock transfers * Count and reconcile stock in all other warehouses monthly. *Skills and Qualifications: * * 2-4 years relevant experience in an IT Stock Controller within a IT Warehouse Admin function * Completed Matric * Excel R10 000 - R15 000 per month *Skills and Qualifications: * * 2-4 years relevant experience in an IT Stock Controller within a IT Warehouse Admin function * Completed Matric * Excel
