Candidates will receive in-depth product training prior to the starting date. Note that candidates have to attend training at their own expense but a travel allowance will be paid prior to the starting date.
Upfront Commission: The Employee will receive R1 000 upfront commission, which will be paid in two instalments in the first month of the Employee’s service. Months 1 and 2: The higher of R75 per submitted policy application (to a maximum of R3 000), or actual commission. Quality and validity of submitted policies will be verified.
From month 3, the Employee will be paid commission on first-month premium paying policies.
Selling products and services to prospective customers.
Describe the advantages and disadvantages of different policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.
Respond to clients’ insurance-related questions and issues.
Prepare and present detailed reports on the progress of initiatives to management.
Complete administrative tasks.
