Huge Telecom is part of Huge Group, a JSE listed entity and a leader in the SME Telecommunications space, and we are looking for a Direct Retentions Consultant to join our rapid growing team!





Job Title: Direct Retentions Consultant – KZN WC and Free State
Location: KZN and WC

Duties & Responsibilities:
Call on Huge Telecom’s existing base and retain out-of-contract customers.
Action leads from internal staff and external agents within 24 hours and provide feedback on RT tickets
Generate a strong pipeline, and successfully close deals.
Develop deep, trusting, and enduring relationships with clients.
Address customer concerns and provide fir for purpose solutions.
Migrate customers from legacy solutions
Renew existing customers as well as cross sell and upsell to them (increase wallet spend)
Upgrade customer’s existing PABX system into a new PABX contract with Huge Telecom.
Provide new PBXs to existing customers who previously did not have
Maintain client satisfaction during the implementation of products/services that have been sold.
Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention.
Complete administrative tasks timeously and according to our prescribed processes
Develop new strategies to increase overall customer retention success
Achieving sales targets and related KPI’s
Be well informed of industry trends, challenges, and changes.
Ensure customers with positive interactions provide reviews and after sales ratings on applicable platforms

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Telecoms industry experience preferred (providing services and solutions in a Telecoms/IT environment).
Strong retentions and communications attributes.
Ability to understand technical products and solutions is essential
Good work ethic and professional approach.
Ability to cold call/canvass.
Confident, self-motivated and have a positive attitude.
The ability to work alone and be self-motivated.
Target driven and outcomes orientated.
Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Calendar Management, Outlook, etc.).
Valid South African driving license and Own Car required.

Package & Remuneration:
R10 000 per month
