Greek Customer/Sales Representative
CAPE TOWN - Language: Greek
Salary: R15 500,00 per month
Candidates can be located abroad / locally in CPT / locally within other provinces of South Africa.
For those located abroad/ in other parts of South Africa:
a. Assistance in obtaining CSV fully paid.
b. 1 month accommodation in CPT fully paid.
c. Flights to CPT fully paid.
· Native level fluency in Greek language: Verbal & Written skills essential (Advanced/Fluency level)
· Permanent residence permit or South African ID holders only
· Operational hours (Mon-Fri) 07h00 – 18h00 including Weekends (08h00-17h00). EU daylight savings will apply. Rotational weekends and shifts; 40 hours per week.

· Work from home for the period of training (6 weeks) and probation period (4 months).
· Working from home is dependent on employee’s performance and will need to be applied for after the above-mentioned period and subject to the approval of management.
· Excellent customer service skills essential. Experience in call centre or travel & tourism industry preferred.
· Excellent Computer literacy & technical skills
· Knowledge & experience on MS Office products & able to work on Windows-based operating systems. Previous experience on travel reservations systems is beneficial.
