The Proposal Administrator is responsible for providing support to the procurement function throughout the GIBB Group tendering process, including preparing of materials for all tenders, proposals and pre-qualifications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for/should possess the following:
Searching for relevant tenders on various platforms and distribution to management
Co-ordination, compilation and completion of tender documents
Source and edit standard information required for tender submissions
Ensure that the bid process is followed, and proper templates are used
Coordinate collection of tender documents and tender delivery ensuring submissions are made on time.
Submitting high quality completed tenders on time
Follow up on tenders submitted and maintain a database.
Ensure statutory company documentation and information is updated.
Proposal Administration: Pipeline Management; Bid Administration; Maintenance of panel registration database; Proposal Team support and Administration and Reporting
Preferably Bachelors (Administration or Marketing)
APMP Foundation Certificate (Optional)
Minimum 7 years’ experience in Proposal Administration
Minimum 5 years previous experience bid administration (public sector advantageous)
