Duties & Responsibilities Fulfil a team leader role to several consultants, which includes the team members first line of support,advise.Responsible for consultant productivity.Responsibility to ensure work allocation is divided between team members.Assist the consultants with any issue and problems they encounter on their projects.Coordinate and conduct training to up skill consultants.Reports to Resource Manager regarding individual consultant overall performance and productivity.Conduct scoping session on projects.Assist with resource budgeting at year end.Responsible for building and maintaining the relationship between company and client at all levels of client business.Be thepoint for client-specific complaints, issues and requirements.Identify potential cross and up sell opportunities and work alongside with the Sales Department provide solution to client.Find software solutions for new and existing business processes.Keep customers informed of new product developments and IT innovation opportunities.Interesting customers in the IT product range that out company has.Assist with the Sales Department with proposals to the client.Sell to clients in terms of simpler sales, such as software upgrade, customised reports and additional licensing.Responsible to resolve or allocate support calls logged at Client Care.Conduct client requirements.Provide and or perform QA Requirements Analysis to provide solution and meet the clients expectation.Ensure update Site Sheet is available for clients.Ensure latest versions of customisation are available in source.Manage 4Sight risk at the client.Assist CRM with customer payment collectionWorking with customers and ensuring good communication with customers and within the team.Managing the sourcing and delivery/implementation of products to the customer.Provide after-sales/after implementation support.Participate in product development, evaluation, marketing and client education activities.Talk to IT experts analysts, designers, programmers and educators.Perform continuous updates and own knowledge of products.Analyse database and data structures to assist in implementation.Very good knowledge of tools to manipulate data and format the data.Talk with other team members consultants, analysts and programmers to check functionality back to systems specifications and develop solutions as problems or issues arise.Identifying risks in projects and communicate with project managers and customers.Personable and well-presented.Good communication and presentation skills.Perseverance.Able to understand clients needs quickly.Willing to update product knowledge on an ongoing basis.QUALIFICATIONSAll Dynamics ERP consultants will be required to complete and maintain their Microsoft Certifications.
