We have an exciting position available for a qualified CA(SA) in the Centurion area with a massive growth potential. 



  • Newly Qualified CA(SA)
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience as a Financial Manager
  • Advanced MS. Word and MS. Excel
  • SAP and Oracle experience will be preferred.

Overall purpose:

  • Preparation of accounts
  • Preparation & submission of all statutory returns
  • Daily Sales, Stock and Margin analysis reports
  • Managing routine banking transactions
  • MIS - All finance & accounts related MIS
  • Ad hoc – Vehicle leases, insurance policies and supplier contracts

Detailed job description:

Preparation of accounts

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and Financial Statements.
  • Interaction with internal and external auditors for audit process (quarterly, annual & ad-hoc if any).
  • Ensure all accruals, provisions, accounts payable and receivable related accounting are done for period end process.
  • Manage intercompany reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts in Hyperion for consolidation at Head office.

Preparation and submission of all statutory returns

  • Preparation & submission of VAT, Income tax, withholding tax & other statutory returns.
  • Ensure timely submission and payment thereof.
  • Provide information requested for statutory authorities for queries.
  • Ensure custom compliance for all imports and export transaction.

Daily Sales, Stock and Margin analysis reports

  • Daily Sales and Stock Report to be sent to the sales team.
  • Regular Margin analysis reports to be sent to the sales team.
  • Analysis of pricing, costing and margins to ensure margins are maintained.
  • Analysis of Sales reports to track budget achievements.

Managing daily banking

  • Manage fund / short term loan.
  • Daily payments.
  • Preparation of bank reconciliation.
  • Preparation of periodical cash flow.


  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual MIS required by head office.
  • Preparation of net margin / other financial reports required for local business.
  • Preparation of other Ad-hoc MIS required from time to time.

Ad hoc

  • Maintaining company vehicle leases, fuel, toll and tracking.
  • Yearly renewal of all insurance policies and negotiating terms.
  • Compiling of all contracts with service providers and maintaining them on a regular basis....
