Description
Lansdowne – Around R35K per month based on experience and qualifications plus provident fund after 6 months.
Are you a successful Finance / Admin Manager also taking care of the HR function with Pastel Evolution and VIP Payroll experience, looking for a change of scenery?
My client, a well-established Company specializing in the processing and supply of top quality board products and hardware is looking for an experienced Finance / Admin Manager, ideally with a SAIPA Professional Accountant qualification to join the management team of this family owned business in Lansdowne (comprising 1 company with 5 branches/trading operations and 6 associated smaller entities) to:
• Be responsible for all Accounting / Admin / HR functions / Salaries & wages at a head office level for all entities.
• Prepare monthly management accounts for main trading company as well as associated entities
• Attend to all statutory / compliance returns / SARS / UIF / Employment Equity / Training / Workers Compensation claims / processing
• Manage a small admin team in their daily functions – Debtors / Creditors / Branch control functions / Daily Cashups.
• Be the Proxy for Vehicle licencing / roadworthiness
You may be the successful candidate to join the team in Lansdowne if you:
• Are meticulous / accurate / attention to detail / meeting deadlines / working under pressure / self motivated / good interpersonal, management skills / team player / hands on kind of person.
• Have a proven track record (at least 6 years) as a successful Finance / Admin Manager. (Management Accounts, Budgeting, etc.)
• Have at least 6 years HR management experience (Salaries / Wages / Leave / Staff files / Disciplinary procedures / Training / Appraisals, etc.)
• Have a relevant Tertiary Finance Qualification from a reputable Academic institution.
• Ideally have a SAIPA Professional Accountant qualification
• Have experience with Pastel Evolution and Point of Sale and VIP Payroll
• Have the personality attributes and financial and managerial skills typically associated with successful Finance / Admin Managers.
