Russells is looking for a Self Discipline,Team Player who is Target Driven and works well with Customers *Job Purpose:* Manage store operations to maximise top line sales and profitability   *Key Dials:* 1. Manage and achieve all sales activities and income budgets within the Business Unit 2. Manage and control all stock in order to maintain Company assets 3. Manage adherence to legislation and risk management standards within the Business Unit 4. Monitor and manage Business Unit cash and Credit transactions 5. Team Human Resources Management 6.
