Job descriptionA global digital agency has a vacancy for an experienced Audience Analyst.
The Audience Analyst acts as a brand custodian to the brands they work on, directing insights and recommendations which overlay community, brand strategy/category performance, paid media, sales and social listening data to provide insights and recommendations for the data builds our Data Analysts create daily, while leveraging the trends data which Trends Analysts and Consumer Insights Analysts create weekly.
- (Higher certificate/diploma) or relevant tertiary qualifications / certifications
- Eight + years’ experience in digital marketing with a background in social media strategy / digital strategy or media strategy
- Strategy and experience in performance marketing and content benchmarking are a must
- Management experience preferred/natural mentorship skills and emotional maturity
- Experience using ORM and reporting tools advantageous
- Strategically minded
- Critical thinker
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Client-facing with presentation skills
- Digital native
Coordinate reporting efforts (paid, earned, owned) to optimize digital performance for brands within portfolio of work. Act as the brand reporting custodian to develop integrated insights and recommendations which drive digital performance
