Always working to maintain a clear strategy to achieve the very best outcome for the client.
Key Job Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to put together presentations
Campaign/Project budget management
Capture & monitor all costs/expenses for each campaign
Strong account management experience
Experience negotiating contracts
Data-driven approach to marketing programs, leveraging insights to determine decisions
Strategic approach
Ability to engage with clients to identify & articulate their needs
Interrogate and prepare a clear brief with specific objectives and timelines
In addition you will be expected to:
Generate accurate reports and status notifications & updates
Assist in pitching fresh ideas to clients
Have the knowledge & skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction
Your experience includes:
Professional client relationship management
3-4 years in Advertising, design or marketing
Ability to strategise at a senior level
A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Effective team management capabilities
Full awareness of creative processes and techniques including digital platforms
The ability to work as an authoritative figure in a busy team
