Job description
If you are an experienced account director, with a passion for the sport and hospitality industry and you have experience in managing key sponsorship accounts, then this could be a great opportunity for you.Purpose of this position
Responsible for operationally managing existing clients and their respective campaigns. The account director manages a team made up of Account Managers and account executives thus relying on the incumbent’s ability to lead and manage his/her team.
Duties include but not limited:
- Sponsorship Accounts would include activating and leveraging various Sponsorship properties
- Events would include co-ordinating events ranging from mass participation sporting events, entertainment and lifestyle events, launches, brand activations and corporate events
- Sports Hospitality
- Client Service
- Understanding of digital marketing
- Budget management – Creation and reconciliation
- Project management
- Sponsorship management and activation
- Digital marketing

- Relevant bachelor degree – Honours degree (preferable)
