The Senior Learning Designer role requires an individual who is knowledgeable about adult learning and experienced at developing instructional design plans for performance-based outcomes, who can innovate and move quickly without being constrained by how things have been done before.
You will be responsible for performing need assessments to identify learning objectives and outcomes with client stakeholders, conducting user research and consulting with stakeholders and subject matter experts to align learning plans with organizational priorities and imperatives.
You must have the ability and experience to develop course curriculum and instructional design plans across multiple projects concurrently, partnered with the ability to think and act critically in a fast-paced environment.
You must have a full understanding and experience of the eLearning course development processes, including consulting, research, analysis, planning, curriculum design, instructional design, course development, LMS delivery, testing, implementation, assessments, analytics and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training.

Learning science and design
Lead G&G Advocacy’s application of ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy and Gagne’s models whilst incorporating our Content CapsuleTM methodology, ensuring the strategies employed are evidence-based and sustainable.
Conduct client workshops, identify learning objectives, assess learners, identify performance gaps, performance outcomes, and evaluative strategies to deliver eLearning instruction that achieves client goals and learning objectives.
Develop detailed instructional design plans, curriculum and course outlines, guidance documents, templates and policies.
Work with subject matter experts and guide the development of eLearning materials (lesson modules, tutorials, digital interactives, user guides, audio and video scripts, story boards, navigational text, tests, etc.) that transform information into engaging instructional materials.
