We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.



As a Product Designer you'll responsible and accountable for design quality within one or more key disciplines including User Experience Design (UX) and/or User Interface Design (UI). You'll promote Product Design as a discipline and practice in Accenture and with clients.

Requirements
Demonstrate skills in one or more design disciplines including product design, user experience design and research, system design and user interface design.
Share and strategically contribute to the latest industry and design trends as well as innovative techniques.
Have an expert understanding of many digital best practices.
Elevate and strengthen Product Design as a discipline and a practice.
Consult with and advise senior clients to help frame the challenge at hand, encourage broad thinking and establish orientation towards quality of experience.
Collaborate with Design Director/Lead (where applicable) to drive, and sometimes lead, Fjord and Accenture Interactive design initiatives (offerings, capabilities) within the studio.
Guide team in generating innovative and creative ideas based on user insights.
Provide visual story-telling and product design, to result in an effective creative solution that address program objectives, client business needs, and are visually appealing and motivating.
Creation of flexible, coherent design systems and component libraries.
Own craft and capability output across key projects, ensuring each project deliverable is of the highest quality.
Drive design quality across multiple projects: guide the direction and push quality of the work, supporting the Design Lead/Director with stakeholder and team management as needed.
Contribute toward using the most appropriate design methods and practices.
Additional requirements

Lead design points of view, proposal creation, and relationship management across one to two key clients
Develop pitch decks and project approaches that lead to exciting, inspiring, and well-shaped work for our design team.
Present Fjord and Accenture Interactive's offering to potential clients.
Manage at least one account and oversee quality and output of all projects for that account.
Establish and lead client and account relationships for successful account growth.
Provide direction and feedback to the team on their work to ensure achievement of client objectives and product excellence.
Provide individual and team-level coaching and feedback, maintain motivation and morale.
Assess performance and provide career guidance and decisions for members of the studio design team.
Contribute to studio hiring strategy. Lead and give feedback in interviews for prospective candidates.
