Provide administrative support to the Talent & Organisational Development team.
Evolve the efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative selection process.
Process the candidate-tracking system pipelines where necessary, ensuring an accurate and current candidate database.
Administer pre-interview applicant information collection and screening against a checklist of requirements.
Assist with candidate sourcing where necessary.
Arrange interviews and keep candidate updated where necessary.
Update and maintain the company organogram.
Assist with ad hoc and backlog projects as required (e.g., salary research projects)
A matric pass or equivalent is essential.
2 – 3 years of administrative support experience.
Proficient in Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.), or similar systems.
Previous experience in a recruiting environment would be beneficial.
High degree of attention to detail and an appreciation for high standards.
Demonstrates consistent administrative efficiency and accuracy.
Finds a deep fulfilment in process-driven administration tasks.
Displays persistence, resourcefulness, and an ability to multitask, with a pragmatic, no ‘short-cuts’ approach.
Written- and spoken English.
