Job Summary The CSP are responsible for speaking directly with clients and financial professionals via an inbound line and provide responses to general contract and transaction inquiries. The customer service advisor must also understand various state regulations associated with the requirements to meet transactions. An important component of the customer service advisor role is to balance the technical skills required while remaining professional and empathetic with the client Job profile: The main process function is to assist customers with retirement plans(pension funds) general queries, contribution changes and queries, we assist with initiating loans\paying loans\providing information on loans (we work with account information), online general queries\assistance (soft online queries nothing to technical) providing account information, and transferring customers through to other departments as needed. Minimum requirements • Grade 12 or Equivalent • Favorable integrity checks • Must have fiber • Benefits • Market related salary • Medical aid contribution • Pension contribution • Incentives based on performance Required Skills • Good Computer navigation skills, keyboarding skills • Should be familiar with MS Office • Excellent communication skills • Excellent customer service • Result driven • Adaptability • Good telephonic & customer service etiquette • “Customer first” approach to problem solving • Good Inter-personal skills • Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage daily work activities Working Hours: Shifts – 5 days working, 2 days Off – could be split offs Monday to Sunday between 14:00 and 03:00 am.
