-Achievement of sales targets.
-Educate prospective members about the Scheme’s benefit offering.
-Render financial advice to prospective clients in line with regulation.
-Conduct a needs analysis to ensure suitable option mapping according to client needs and affordability.
-Keep a record of advice as per regulation.
-Completion of new member applications for submission to the Scheme’s membership and underwriting department.
-Communicate the outcome of the application and underwriting applied to the member.
-Guide the member through the next steps after activation of membership.
-Liaise with internal divisions to handle prospective member requests.
-Provide email and telephonic feedback to clients
-Resolve escalated queries related to new member applications submitted.
-Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
-Attend sales meetings for information sharing and reporting.
-Assist in identifying and adhering to fraud controls, risk prevention principles, sound governance and compliance processes, and tools to identify and manage risks.
-Support and provide evidence to all internal, external and ISO audit requirements.
-Maintain quality risk management standards in line with the requirements from ISO9001:2015.
-Maintain and enforce all new business development related Service Level Agreements to minimize business risk and ensure business continuity.
-Review related Standard Operating Procedures in consultation with the Managers and ensure business optimization.
-Adhere to all relevant laws, policies and Standard Operating Procedures throughout the organization.
-Build and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships for the purpose of expectations management, knowledge sharing and integration, and to manage the Scheme’s reputation.
-Attend meetings and present findings and business cases to relevant internal stakeholders when required.
-Implement timeous communication on progress and challenges in achieving sales targets.
