Our client is looking for a reliable Management Accountant to assist senior management in making critical business decisions by analysing and presenting key financial data. You will oversee accounting procedures and prepare budgets and risk analysis.
The management accountant must have exceptional mathematical mind together with a good business understanding. Responsibility of cost accounting tasks and be a strategist and a decision maker.

*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Gather and analyse financial information for internal use
* Support budgeting and margin analysis
* Assume responsibility of accounting procedures
* Evaluate the company’s performance using key data
* Make forecasts to assist business planning and decision-making
* Conduct risk assessment and advise on ways to minimize risk
* Advise on problems/short comings and suggest workable improvements

* Excellent knowledge of cost accounting and reporting
* Working knowledge of financial software (VIP and Sage Evo and Easyroster T&A) and MS Office (Excellent Excel skills)
* High acumen related to communication and presentation skills
* Attention to detail
* Organizational and leadership skills
* Relevant certification (e.g. CMA or CGMA) will be preferred
* Excellent knowledge in a labour (services) environment and adaptable
