• Graphic/digital design
• Proficient in InDesign and Illustrator
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Proficient knowledge in MailChimp and the design of Email Campaigns. Pull insight from Email Campaigns
• Ability to understand the different segments and audiences within MailChimp and create campaign which are relevant to the necessary group(s)
• Experience and knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console. (Be able to pull a monthly report of current KPIs and provide insight)
• Ability to take insights and make the necessary changes to digital strategy or if necessary, create a new strategy
• Content creation.
• Ability to create content which is relevant to target audience and use the content across different platforms
• Experience and Knowledge of SEO
• Website (maintenance and content) Wordpress knowledge advantageous
• Make necessary changes on the website. New pages, changing content, updating images etc
