Description
  • To ensure the development and setting of strategic direction through designing required changes to realise the organization’s strategy. This includes directing transformational programmes, implementation of integrated and sustainable technology systems, coordinating the portfolio of change and landing successful, and multi-stakeholder delivery

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science/ Strategy/ Business Administration/ Economics.
  • Post graduate qualification in Management Science/ Strategy/ Business Administration/ Economics.
  • Post graduate qualification in Business Management or Administration will be an added advantage.
  • At least 12-15 years’ relevant experience of which 7 (seven) years must have been at a general/senior management level.
  • Significant and proven experience leading multi-function, multi-locational transformation programmes, with high complexity.
  • Strategic consulting skills coupled with significant experience in developing and implementing transformational business strategies.
  • Experience in leading and managing organisational transformation will be an added advantage.
