We are looking to bring on 3 aspiring B2B sales professionals to join our Sales Department in the role of Sales Development Representative. Experience is not necessary but you must love sales, talking to people, and being a great problem solver. Training will commence remotely and will run approximately 4 weeks.
While the sales team works best during business hours in US time zones, the role itself is 100% location independent, allowing you to live anywhere in the world. Be it the beaches in Mexico or in a mountain resort in the Swiss Alps – the choice is yours.

Your work will help propel the industry forward to new levels not seen before.
What your life as an SDR will look like:
Outreach to early stage buyers who have indicated an interest in our business. 75% of the role will be initiating and fostering these relationships
Communicate with and qualify warm buyer and seller leads before sending them to the next step
Return emails to potential buyers and sellers who are looking at using our marketplace, but still have questions about our process
Work closely with our Business Advisors for guidance
Help develop a strategic outreach program to contact leads who are not already engaged with Practice Builder
Support the Business Advisor team to improve our engagement and conversion on every stage of our deal flow
Book qualified leads to our Business Advisor team who will then focus on developing offers and negotiating agreements.
Ability to develop rapport, negotiate, and influence others
Inside or outside sales experience (preferred)
Understand basic financial documents such as a Profit & Loss statement
Experience with a marketing and sales CRM such as Hubspot (preferred)
