This is a role that is accountable to the programme board and has overall and ongoing responsibility for the successful day-to-day adoption of new capabilities in organisation in support of the realisation of outcomes of benefit on of the senior responsible owners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Drives alignment of overall transformation with the business strategy
Ongoing accountability for establishing the approach and guidance for organisational change management
Works with organisational change managers to prepare the business for change – Operational functions are adequately prepared and ready for change
Designing the benefits realisation plan (with the programme manager)
Transition is planned and will align with the required benefits realisation
Ensure successful transition and adoption of new capabilities in the Business
Changes are implemented into operational areas
Changes are embedded and sustained following transition
Embed outcomes of benefits
QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant Post Graduate Degree
More than 10 years experience in implementing Business Transformation programmes in Enterprise Level organisations
Experience in delivering business value, managing multi-disciplinary teams, managing projects and delivering multiple large-scale IT and Business projects (from conception to delivery) simultaneously
Experience in effectively managing relationships across the value chain
