We are seeking an individual who has vast knowledge in HR process and procedures and will implement strategic Human Resource initiatives supportive of the strategic business plans, driving Employment Equity, Performance Management, Talent Management and Change Management.
What your day to day will look like *after a cup of coffee*
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other. Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures throughout the organisation. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Provide appropriate reports to executive and management through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout the human resource management process. Review HR departmental budgets and costs. Implement Employee Wellness programs Structure the department, allocating all responsibilities in a way that will best serve the company Review and update of the HR Policies as and when legislation is amended, and ensure full compliance. Represent the company on CCMA level (conciliation and arbitration)
+5 years in a Senior HR Management position Knowledge of HR systems and procedures Knowledge of RSA labour laws and best practices Ability to foster healthy employee relationships Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field 3+years years experience as a recruiter Demonstrable experience in utilising innovative means of recruiting Capable of self – work and sufficiency +3 years working in a BPO Environment Energetic, enthusiastic, agile, humble and positive, sense of humor is always a plus
