Our well-established client, based in the United States is opening up a branch in George and is seeking to employ experienced Call Centre Agents.
Requirements:
- Basics will include booking appointments and call directing
- Fluent in English as you will be dealing with UD clients
- Strong customer service orientated
- Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
- Strong communication skills
- Clear understanding of a contact centre environment
- Computer literate
